BSTRACTThe Covid-19 pandemic has implications for the welfare level of people Salatiga City. This study aimsto analyze implementation Pro-Poor Budgeting in City Government during Covid-19Pandemic. The research is limited to application 2020.The method used descriptive qualitative with interviews and field studies Bappeda City.The results on budgeting poverty reduction programs have taken intoaccount principles Pro Poor Budgeting, namely target poor, focuses root causes ofpoverty, maximizes benefits poor involves participation poor. In conclusion, theimplementation there are three strategic issues that focus attention, namelysynchronization data families from communities affected by fosteredpartners owned Regional Apparatuses, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) program implementation,especially those related innovative activity thepower improve community's economy. addition, success PoorBudgeting handling influenced four aspects, bureaucratic structure,resources, disposition, communication.
